Church name Use the full church or ministry name that should appear in internal records.
Reach numbers Enter the total children reached, distributed copies, and souls won for this outreach report.
Media evidence Upload pictures and videos you are authorized to share from the field activity.
Review Your submitted reports are subject to reviews by our admin system.
